In a local village, the man with the noodle machine is very important. Each day villagers bring their wheat to him so he can produce noodles for them. These noodles are a staple of their diet.
Two sisters, are overnight host, begin working on making dumplings for dinner. As you can see their kitchen is very basic and tiny.
A staple of the Tibetan diet is Yak meat. Here several Yak feed on the grasses outside of the capital city.
